Friday Ramblings From An Author-It’s December

NaNoWriMo is over for another year. How did you do? I’m happy to say at least I got my mystery started. Finishing it is on my to do list for next year.

Yesterday my new planner arrived in the mail. It’s the first year I’ve bought one in what seems like forever. I chose one where you can write down your goals at the beginning of the year and then when you reach December you can see what you did and didn’t get around to. I’ve been brainstorming things I want to achieve. Writing wise, is getting the mystery finished and published. Also finally finishing some stories that are only half written. My overall goal is to republish every story I have rights back to and then publish a new one every month. Hobby wise, I want to learn watercolor painting and to read more history books.

How about you? What’s on your list?

I published the first of my December releases yesterday. I always like to write one book with a Christmas theme and this is it.

My next release will be on the 14th and it’s the third book in my Forbidden Shifters series.

Right now I’m working on the first book in a new series so that’s always fun for me.

I’m also planning a 12 Days of Christmas giveaway and I’ll let you know more about that during the next Ramblings.

This weekend I’m hoping to get some reading done. One thing I do love about spending more time inside is sitting down with a good book while eating something sweet and enjoying a good cup of tea.

Have a good week and happy writing to all.
