Friday Ramblings From An Author-It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Spring…no, make that Christmas

Can you tell from the title of this post that it’s back to winter? A foot of snow earlier in the week and today, howling winds and temps in the 20s. I’m pretty sure this time last year I was sitting outside to write a few Friday Ramblings. I’m guessing we’re going to skip spring and go straight into summer this year. Maybe that’s wishful thinking on my part.

I had a productive week and that could be because of the week. (Look for a silver lining in every cloud). I got another back title republished. Here’s the cover and yes, I made it myself. This was a romantic suspense story that I’ve now made part of one of my ongoing series.

Two workshops began this week and I got two new classes for Skillshare loaded onto their site today. This one is for the Freelance Writing Blueprint class is about brainstorming ideas for articles-

Here are the links if you want to check them out-

This first one is for my Novel Writing Blueprint class and focuses on point of view. The second one is part of the Freelance Writing Blue Print class and focuses on brainstorming ideas for articles-

And last but not least, I got back to posting to my old budget themed blog. I used to post three times a week on it but it sort of fell by the wayside when I got busy with writing and teaching. One of my goals for the year was to start posting again and yes, this week I actually did.

I’m now going to reward myself by taking the rest of the afternoon off…if only it was warm enough to sit outside!

Have a fun week and happy writing to all.
