Friday Ramblings From An Author-Happy Valentine’s Day

I almost forget today is Friday. It’s been one of those weeks that has flown by.

I finally got all the lessons and workbook finished for the first session of the summer retreat. Now I’m working on session two.

One other thing I completed this week was my Content Creator’s Business Pack. As many of you know, I’ve relaunched my Budget Smart Girl site and its new focus is business and entrepreneurship. I have a Woo Commerce store set up on the site and this will be a product I’ll be adding to it next week. It’s also going to be part of a bundle sale in March. In fact, it was wanting to be part of the bundle sale that made me get the project started and finished. I’ll tell you more about it and the sale at a later date.

It’s the middle of the month and it’s also Valentine’s Day so I guess I should promote next month’s classes because one is How to Write a Romance Novel. It’s the only time I’m teaching it this year and I think it might be one I’ll put into retirement or at least revamp at some point. The other class is a boot camp about promoting your book. I’m hoping that’s going to be a popular as I think.

If one or either of those topics interest you, here’s the link and yes, please feel free to share the link with anyone you feel might also have an interest-

OIRW 2020 Workshops

To say today, is a freezing cold one would be an understatement but the weekend is supposed to warm up so it’s going to feel like the tropics.

One thing I always have to remind myself to do and I encourage you to do it too, is to make sure you have some time away from all the work related stuff. We all need to recharge and that’s on my list of things to do this weekend.

Thank you to Sharon and Jaime for being our guest bloggers.

Have a fun week and happy writing to all.key-3087900_640
