How did everyone get on during this year’s NaNoWriMo? If you have some tips to share, something that worked for you or didn’t work and you’d like to share it with your fellow writers just leave a comment or e-mail me and I’d be happy to give you a guest blog post. In fact, if you’d like to be a guest blogger about anything writing or book related let me know.
I just sent my latest manuscript to my publisher and now I’m looking forward to doing some reading and relaxing. I’ve been working all day on getting it finished but it’s a satisfying feeling when you hit the send button.
Next week I’m beginning what I hope will be a new tradition of a 12 Days of Christmas giveaway. I’ll tell you more about it next week.
Today I got rights back to three of my books. Sometimes when I look back at something I wrote five years ago, even a year I ago, I think how far I’ve come as a writer and how each day we grow as authors. I was intending to give them a quick update but I’m thinking of rewriting them and making them part of new series that’s been rattling around in my head. I’ll be self publishing them and one thing I really enjoy about that is looking for suitable photos for covers. I belong to a couple of stock photo sites and love browsing through all the shots trying to find one that’s a good match to the story.
My next release is just two week’s away and another Christmas story. This one’s for my Kalispell Shifter series. My next WIP will be another one in that series and I’ll also be working on a new mystery series too. One of my goals is to get a few mystery stories written as I haven’t tackled one of those in quite some time.
Have a good week and happy writing to all.
