Words, words and more words, that’s what it seems like this week has been all about. I’m keeping on schedule with this year’s NaNoWriMo challenge, but some days have been better than others. A couple of days I’ve pushed myself to get 2,000 words written.
I’ve also been working on the very final stages of my cookbook. The only drawback to self publishing is you have so many hats to wear. I plan to publish it next month as an e-book and then in the New Year as a print book. I’m hoping to get the e-book published for around $70 and I’ll tell you more about the breakdown of that amount in another post. At least I’ve been well-fed this week as I re-tested ten more recipes so this writer’s been working on a full stomach.
My third book in the Big Sky County series was published yesterday. Next up is a Nov 27th release, Healing the Bear, Kalispell Shifters Book Four. I can’t wait to see the cover of that.
Next Saturday (15th) I’m giving my webinar presentation on writing a continuing series and then that’s it for the teaching side of writing for this year.
So much going on that I had to a pass on taking a screenwriting course. Hopefully they’re run it again and I won’t be so busy.
Have a good week and happy writing.
