Another week has flown by and it’s now two days past the mid-point of NaNoWriMo. While I haven’t been writing fiction for this year’s challenge, I’m doing well with the two non-fiction titles I’m working on. I know it’s supposed to be write a novel month but I say anytime any sort of writing gets done that’s a good thing.
As well as writing the two books, I’m also putting together some new classes on the same subjects. One set of classes I’ll be offering on my own site and the other set will be on Skillshare. I’ve decided I’ll release two new classes a month there throughout 2018. Now I’ve announced it here, you guys need to hold me to it!
I got my three Christmas stories revamped. I say revamped because that’s what I’ve been doing to all the back titles, but strangely enough I liked these three so much I only need to tweak them here and there. I wrote them at the end of 2012 and I’m not sure if it’s at the point my writing improved (compared to the other stories) or what. I guess I’ll see when I work on the next back title.
Two of the November workshops are now completed and the other Nov class ends on the 30th and then I’ll have six weeks until the start of first one for 2018. I’m hoping with some extra time I’ll get some serious work down on my other projects.
For those in the US, Thursday is Thanksgiving, Friday is Black Friday so I hope you have a happy holiday and grab some great deals.
To everyone, have a fun week and happy writing to all.
