It’s been a busy week, running errands, and getting outdoor stuff cleaned up…yes, the weatherman says we could see snow over the weekend. I’m not ready for that, but I am looking forward to sitting by the fire and devoting more time to my writing.
Lots of writers say they don’t have time to write, but I find when I’m not outside doing things like gardening, I can make up for some lost time from the dog days of summer.
Right now I’m giving my Perfect Pairing, Book Six, a final read through. This is the first time I didn’t have a title in mind as I was writing it. While I was working on the second draft, Promises To Keep jumped into my mind so that’s what it will be.
Sometimes I even start a story based on a title, and other times, like this one, the characters and what their goals are, determine what I’ll call it.
All my Perfect Pairing books end with a little clue as to what the next one’s going to be about. This time around Sadie has quite the challenge on her hands.
Thank you to everyone who took part in the giveaway over at my Vanessa Devereaux site. I have some more giveaways coming up, one at The Romance Reviews, and one at Coffee Time Romance. I’ll let you know more about them when they go live.
Have a good weekend and happy writing.
