I’ve been wearing many hats this week, author, teacher, tutor, and self publisher. I’m in the middle of revamping an older story that I got rights back to and had the cover made. My goal is to get it ready for re-release by the end of the month. I’m also turning two of my workshops into short reads that I’ll be self publishing too.
My next release is Friday Jan 22nd and it’s the next story in my Big Sky County series. Speaking of which, one of my WIPs is another one in that series. I’ve discovered I like to write one cowboy story followed by a shifter story and then back and forth.
The January workshop is almost at the half way point which is amazing. Next month I’m teaching two, one is the romance writing mini-course and the other one is writing a continuing series. As always, if you know anyone interested in either topic, I’d appreciate you sharing the info with them.
I’m way behind with my winter reading but sometimes when you’ve been writing or looking at words all day the last thing you want to do is read. Anyone else feel that way?
Another cold weekend ahead so I might just finish the book I started reading before Christmas.
Have a fun week and happy writing to all.
You have been industrious! I miss my writing days off from work (used to be my Monday’s) I haven’t done any of my WIP since October now that I have college assignments. I did work out a bit of a plan to move forward with the story based on your feedback that I read last week. So all I need to do is think about it a bit more and set the 2 hours an evening that I worked out I should have, and acting get down to it!
Hi Kay, if you need any help with the story or want to bounce around some ideas just e-mail Sally and I’d be happy to offer some input-Susan.
You have already, so I’m going to try them, thank you. I couldn’t find the template for the Tutor Auery form (or not one that was empty!
