Last day in November, last day of teaching workshops for the year, first day that snow has fallen and is sticking around.
Thank you to Meredith for guest blogging this week.
And while I’m on the subject of saying thank you and workshops. A huge thank you to everyone who’s taken one of my workshops, a self paced class, listen to one of my Skillshare classes in 2018. I appreciate each of you and I hope I’ve helped you, (even in a small way) on your author’s journey.
So now that I’m done teaching for the year I’ll be turning my attention to getting the new classes ready and the old ones revamped. I’m almost done with the first of the planners/workbooks each of the students in the boot camp classes will get.
This week I did get my trilogy put together and published. Here’s look at the cover…the print version is currently in the line at Amazon so hopefully in the next day or two that will also be released-
I’ve had a couple of teaching platforms approach me about putting classes on their site. I’m also still thinking about the ghostwriting job. Sometimes it’s tough to know what direction you should take but I always feel in the end it should be your heart and not your head that guides you (yes, sometimes that means you earn less).
TWL now has 578 followers and it’s incredible to think that I started this site as my way of making myself accountable for my writing and it’s turned into this wonderful community of fellow writers. I have one more goal left for the year and that’s let’s get to 600 followers by the time January 1st rolls around. Spread the word and let’s do this!
And one last thing, I saw this writing contest advertised and thought I’d pass it along. And sorry guys, it’s just for the ladies…
