Another busy week. The two March workshops ended today and I have a week’s break until the two in April begin. Crafting the Short Story and POV…if you know anyone’s who’s interested check out my writing schedule on the site.
I also finished my WIP and got that to my publisher yesterday. Today I’ll be starting a new Kalispell Shifter story…the ninth one!
And, drum roll please, I finally got the 50 Common Writing Sins e-book finished and even uploaded for pre-order on Amazon. This was my first time tackling the formatting and I was so happy when I found out I’d done it correctly as I’m the most untechy person I know.
I’m using KDP Select for this one. I’ve set the price at 99 cents if you’re interested in pre-ordering a copy. It’s officially released next Friday April 3rd and here’s a link if you or anyone you know is interested.
Alex at Fiverr designed the cover as I’d used him before and like his work. I’ve decided to make this into a series of writing books so now I’ll be starting book two which will focus on submitting your work to publishers or agents.
Speaking of releases, my next fiction one is Thursday, Reforming The Bear, and as always I can’t wait to see what the cover artist comes up with.
And lots of good things coming up here on the site…I know I keep saying that but I have interviews with two publishers, a new review site and a chat with Jo Harrison who’ll be offering us tips on self-publishing and formatting.
Have a good week and happy writing.
