I saw this quotation and thought it could equally apply to writing. Don’t be afraid to write whatever comes into your head or even your heart. Even if it doesn’t make it into a story or become a story, it’s important to you for a reason.
It could be a cue to step outside of your writing comfort zone. Always write mysteries? Try sci-fi. Write romances then try penning a children’s story.
Writing like life is an experiment.
