It’s the halfway point for NaNoWriMo. If you’ve already got 25,000 words or more written, well done. If not, don’t panic because you’ve still got plenty of time to catch up.
My tip of the day is don’t stop to read any of the previous day’s work. It’s something I used to do when I first started out. Reading word for word everything I’d created the day before. I finally discovered it hurt more than helped. It’s okay to read a couple of sentences maybe even a few paragraphs to get back into the swing of the story, but nothing more. Just get to work.
