It’s almost 2017, can you believe it?
What writing goals did you achieve in 2016 and what are you planning on working on in the New Year?
I have a full schedule of workshops in 2017 and things kick off on Tuesday. I’m teaching You’ve Written a Manuscript, Now What? for the Low Country Chapter of RWA. Registration is $20 so if you or someone you know has finished a manuscript and ready to submit it, or even submitted it and received a rejection, this is the ideal class. I’ll be using a series of checklists during each class so you can improve your story and give it one final polish.

The news of the week is the sudden closing of All Romance E Books. It was one of my best markets for sales which means I’m very sorry to see them go.
Once again I’ve had a laid back week. I’ve done some writing and finished the print version of my How to Write a Romance Novel so that should be on sale soon. And it’s also being translated into Portuguese…more news about this in an upcoming Ramblings.
Monday Writing Prompts will be back to its regular schedule on Monday Jan 9th.
Here’s wishing you all a happy and healthy 2017 with many stories written and published.
