Story number 14 of my Kalispell Shifters series is officially underway.
If you saw my Thursday post, you know I ended up tweaking it. Once I began writing, the two main characters guided me in a new direction. Something I often tell my students not to worry about. I’m liking this new direction a whole lot more and during yesterday’s writing session, I added the most words of the week. I got off to a slow start because I’d been working on new classes and felt like my fingers couldn’t type any more but I pushed through it and glad that I did.
Speaking of new classes. Remember me telling you I purchased software so I could load the classes onto my site? The one that assured me, even for someone like me, non-techy, would be a walk in woods with it’s plug and play feature.
I tried it out yesterday, and yes, I’ll admit I wasn’t in the best of moods because it had turned super humid but it wasn’t as easy as the sales pitch. I didn’t give up, tried to work though it, but after lots of swearing and realizing it’s going to take hours and hours, finally called time on it. I’ve now decided to go with a free plug in and we’ll see if that fares any better. Lesson learned, try the free stuff first.
Thank you to Jan for being this week’s guest blogger and to everyone who followed along and signed up to follow along.
Until Monday, have a fun weekend and happy writing to all.
