Welcome winter (or summer…I know many of the TWL followers live in Australia and New Zealand).
Another year is slowly becoming history. It’s the end of the work year for me. I’m planning to take a two week break from most of my usual writing activities. There will not be a Monday Motivation or Prompts for the next two weeks, but I’ll be back on January 4th with the first Ramblings of the year.
TWL is close to have a community of 600 with just 11 more to go. I think we can do it before the calendar flips so spread the word.
So how was 2018 for you? Did you write your book? Did you send out your work? Did you self-publish something? If you did, congratulations to you. If you didn’t, remember there’s always next year.
Thank you to all the guest bloggers (BTW-I’ll be posting a new sign up for bloggers next month). Thank you to everyone who took the time to be interviewed. And most of all, thank you, followers and readers of these posts. I appreciate each and every one of you.
What am I going to do during the break? I’m way behind with my book reading. Right now I’m reading one of Sue Grafton’s last books, and a non-fiction title about AI and robots. I going to work on some watercolor and mixed media paintings. Who knows, next year I might be brave enough to share some with you!. And let’s not forget, all the movies I’ve put on my watch lists on Netflix and Prime…I’ll let you know if I see any good ones I can recommend.
That’s about it for my Ramblings for 2018. Here’s wishing you and yours the happiest of the holiday season and sending you my best wishes for a healthy and productive 2019.
Once again, thank you for being here.
