The week started off with a record snowfall and yes, most of it is still on the ground. Not sure when I’ll be sitting outside writing a Ramblings but I hope it’s soon.
I did get work done on my two non-fiction projects. (see what a deadline can do). I also got half way through revamping my next back title, and worked on my TV pilot.
The rest of my time was working on some web sites I’ve had for a couple of years but got too busy to work on. One is actually keyed toward self publishing but I’ve been thinking maybe I should include that topic here at This Writer’s Life. What do you think? Do any of you have an interest or are thinking about self publishing? If there’s a big enough audience then I’ll go ahead and include self pubbing in the line up.
The other site I’m working on is actually non-writing related and it’s geared toward helping animals find forever homes. When it’s completely set up I’ll give you the link. The topic is a passion of mine but I’ve been dragging my feet about getting this web site up and running. No more I told myself, it’s now or never.
A few of you asked if I’ll be including what I’m watching and reading in an upcoming Ramblings so I’ll do that right now. Reading wise, I’m just about to start The Darkest Thread by Jen Blood. I’m watching or should I say re-watching, Better Call Saul. I can’t wait for the new season…if anyone knows when that is, let me know. What are you reading and/or watching? Any recommendations?
