Today, it’s near perfect weather and the deck is calling my name. Calling it so loudly, I’ve decided to cut the work week short just a tad so I can sit outside and finish the mystery I’ve been reading for what seems like forever. Yes, I’ve been busy, and sometimes the last thing I need to do at the end of the day is look at more words. The weekend is going to be a rainy one, so I think we all have to take advantage of good weather when it comes our way.
Sunny days and summer’s just a month away which got me thinking once again about the virtual retreat. I’m now thinking about throwing a virtual online party every Friday for all participants who want to join the fun. We’ll drink, eat snacks, and we’ll talk books and writing. Sound like fun?
Book sales are up which isn’t surprising since everyone’s been inside and not venturing out. How about you, have you been reading more over the last few months? Found a new favorite author, maybe?
I’ll keep this short because, well, you know where I’m heading as soon as I hit the publish button on this post.
