The snow has arrived and it’s freezing cold. Not that I like either of those two things but it does make for great writing weather. Nothing else to do but sit inside and write…or even read.
Well NaNoWriMo is over and now it’s time to start my second draft of the first story in my new trilogy. I’ve already changed quite a few things and come up with a slightly different plot line.
Yesterday saw my final release of the year. Christmas With A Cowboy. Evernight made this banner for me. I’ve posted it on my Vanessa Devereaux Web site already and thought I’d post it here too.
I’m not sure of the exact date of the first release for 2014, but I know it’s January and the sixth book in the Perfect Pairing series called Promises to Keep.
Yesterday I updated the workshop page of this site adding more detail about what’s included in each of the classes if anyone wants to check it out.
On Tuesday I’m hosting an author of a book on self-publishing so be sure to check that out.
And speaking of self publishing, yesterday I read an article that said 25% of books in Amazon’s top 100 bestsellers are now published by indie authors. Way to go, and congratulations to everyone who made to that list this year.
Have a good weekend, stay warm and happy writing.
