A week of recharging and no, not much relaxation like I’d intended, but that’s typically me. I did get lots done which is always a good thing.
First up, today I re-released a back title. Falling for an Alpha, the last in my Perfect Pairings series.
Here’s a look at the cover-
In non-related book and writing news, I finally opened my two jewelry stores on Etsy. Yes, it’s been almost a year since I first decided to do that and this week, it was now or never. One is my homemade jewelry I make using recycled jewelry and whatever I find that would usually end up in a landfill. The other one is a vintage jewelry store. Check out Poppinsjewelry and Poppinsvintage if you like jewelry…and who doesn’t?
I’m still choosing my books to read during fall, so stay turned.
On Monday, two classes begin which reminds me about an October one… Getting Ready For NaNoWriMo. I’m retiring the class this year so if you’re interested in learning a trick or two to how to handle writing a novel in a month, be sure to check it out. Here’s the link and scroll down to October

And will I be taking part in this year’s NaNoWriMo? I’m not sure yet but if I do, it will probably be for my next Perfect Pairings installment.
Next week, I’ll be back to the usual schedule, Motivation Monday, Wednesday Prompts…lots of people said they liked journal prompts so I thought we’d continue with those and maybe even give journaling its own day starting in October. One other thing that will be new in October (and I think I’ve mentioned this before), is my Sunday Writing Buddy where each week I’ll feature animals who are looking for their forever homes. If you or someone you know works in animal rescue and would like their shelter or animals featured, they’re welcome to contact me at writerslifeblog@gmail.com.
That’s about it for this short work week.
Have a fun week and happy writing to all.
